Collections: Midway Tools is primarily an online business, but clients are welcome to collect or visit during shop hours (below).

Shop Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am–4pm, Friday 8.00am-3pm. Other times by arrangement (urgent orders only, not for browsing)

Location: Unit 4, VSP Complex, 27 Theuns St, Hennopspark, Centurion.

Weekends & Holidays: Closed, except by prior arrangement. Customers are welcome to contact us by whatsapp or email, but expect a delayed response.

Website Quote Requests: will be attended to as speedily as possible during business hours, but there will be a delay after hours and on weekends.

Prices: all prices listed on this website include 15% VAT. We do not do “no VAT” transactions, please do not ask.

Accounts: we do not offer any form of account to customers. All business is conducted on a cash/card basis (collections) or EFT prior (deliveries) .

Stock Availability: this website lists all available stock, and prices are current. It is updated regularly, and out of stock items are marked as such.

To place orders: use the “request a quote” function, then “go to cart”, complete the form, & submit. A quote will be sent to you by email within a few hours.

Our Brand: the majority of tools and accessories we supply are sourced internationally, imported and sold under our own MWT brand name.

Local Brands: In addition to our own imported brand, we also supply selected product lines from local brands.

Guarantee: MWT tools are regularly tested by ourselves & independent workshops, and are guaranteed to be suitable for their intended purpose.

Returns: any MWT tool found to be unsuitable can be returned within 10 days (at client cost, unused, unmarked and in original packaging) for a full refund.

Deliveries: Countrywide using Courier Guy. Cost is R145 (incl. VAT) up to 3kg. If clients use their own courier, a R25 packing charge per order will be levied.

Payment – collections: cash or card only (no on-site internet payments, e-wallet or any other form of payment is accepted).

Payment – courier deliveries: EFT is to reflect in our FNB account prior to shipment. (proof of payment is not acceptable).

Customer courier pickup: EFT is to reflect in our FNB account prior to collection. Goods will not be released until payment is confirmed by our bank.

International: clients from neighbouring countries are required to make their own transport arrangements. We only accept payments in SA Rand.
